1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyCryptoSignal API service ("Service"), operated by Axiopistis Holdings LC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MyCryptoSignal is an automated cryptocurrency trading signal API that provides:

  • AI-powered trading signals (BUY, HOLD, RISK) for 60 tracked cryptocurrencies
  • Market data snapshots updated every 30 minutes
  • On-chain metrics and historical signal data
  • RESTful API access with JSON responses

The Service is provided "AS IS" with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness.

3. API Key Registration and Use

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to request an API key
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any API key request at our sole discretion
  • One API key per email address unless otherwise approved
  • API keys are non-transferable and for your exclusive use only

3.2 API Key Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key
  • Never share your API key publicly or commit it to version control
  • Notify us immediately at legal@axiopistisholdings.com if your key is compromised

4. Usage Restrictions and Fair Use

4.1 Rate Limits

  • API requests are subject to rate limiting (requests per minute and per day)
  • Rate limits may change without notice to ensure fair usage
  • Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent key suspension
  • Monthly quotas apply; exceeding your quota will result in 429 errors

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Resell or redistribute signals or data obtained from the API
  • Commercial resale: Incorporate signals into a paid product without written permission
  • High-frequency trading: Excessive automated trading based solely on our signals
  • Data scraping: Systematically download and store our entire dataset
  • Reverse engineering: Attempt to replicate our signal generation algorithms
  • Abuse or attack: DDoS, spam, or any malicious activity
  • Violation of laws: Any illegal activity or violation of securities regulations
  • Misleading claims: Represent signals as financial advice or guaranteed returns

4.3 Attribution Requirement

MANDATORY: All public use of signals must include clear attribution:

  • Display text: "Powered by MyCryptoSignal" or "Data provided by MyCryptoSignal"
  • Include a clickable link to https://mycryptosignal.com
  • Attribution must be visible on every page/screen where signals are displayed
  • Attribution must not be hidden, obscured, or require user interaction to view

5. No Warranty and Service Limitations

5.1 "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of signals
  • Timeliness or availability of data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

5.2 No Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or data freshness
  • The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice
  • Signals may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect
  • We are not responsible for trading losses or missed opportunities

6. Not Financial Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: MyCryptoSignal is an informational service only. Our signals are NOT:

  • Financial, investment, or trading advice
  • Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency
  • Personalized guidance for your financial situation
  • Professional advisory services of any kind

Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Axiopistis Holdings LC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or intangible losses
  • We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial harm
  • We are not liable for third-party service failures (Cloudflare, data providers)
  • Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us (whichever is less)

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiopistis Holdings LC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Trading decisions made based on our signals
  • Your failure to properly attribute the Service

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

  • MyCryptoSignal, the MCS logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Axiopistis Holdings LC
  • Our signal generation algorithms, code, and methodologies are proprietary
  • All API responses are licensed to you under these Terms for permitted use only

9.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access the API using your assigned API key
  • Display signals in compliance with attribution requirements
  • Use signals for personal or internal business analysis

This license terminates immediately upon violation of these Terms.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your API key immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Excessive or abusive API usage
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Failure to provide required attribution
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

10.2 Your Rights

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your API key will be deactivated immediately
  • You must cease all use of signals and remove attributions (if applicable)
  • Sections 5-7, 9, 11-13 survive termination

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

11.1 Service Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
  • We may change rate limits, quotas, or pricing without notice
  • We may add, remove, or modify tracked cryptocurrencies

11.2 Terms Changes

  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
  • Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, USA.

12.3 Arbitration (Optional)

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt good-faith negotiation by contacting us at legal@axiopistisholdings.com

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiopistis Holdings LC regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.

13.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, server failures, third-party service outages).
